Hybrid Perovskite Photovoltaics

Organometal halide hybrid perovskites (HPs) combine the advantages of solution processing, high absorption coefficient, long charge diffusion length, and high mobility of inorganic framework. The high-quality films of HPs have made a significant impact on the fabrication of efficient and stable (opto)electronic devices. We develop several versatile approaches to prepare high-quality perovskite films and paves the way for high-performance and stable perovskite devices. We further fabricating a wide verity of efficient HP-based (opto)electronic devices including, transistors, memristors, photodetectors, light-emitting diodes and solar cells. Our single-step solution-processed additive engineering strategy with an organic small-molecular additive yielded near-single crystalline HP films, which were used further to develop a highly responsive photodetector and a memory transistor with a record high memory window. We anticipate our approach to control the microstructure of HPs is a simple and feasible method for the manufacturing of large-area perovskite devices.
